The Catch

Smart Spanish restaurant with an intimate speakeasy

November is a neighbourhood gem in West Berlin housed within a listed monument, meaning our work had to adhere to numerous architectural requirements. The Catch restaurant family group are long-standing clients, and for this project we were tasked with creating a bar that would provide the centrepiece for the main dining room.

This vibrant beer spot is crafted to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with excellent food and a perfect setting for meaningful conversations.

Housed in a former bank in the heart of London’s fnancial district, Piazza Italiana is an institution where deals are done and glasses are raised. Vitrum installed a full-service kitchen and two bars in the restaurant, which is equipped to handle a high volume of covers ordering from an extensive menu. The historic, listed nature of the site required us to work sympathetically alongside an extensive restoration of the building and its features.
