Smart Spanish restaurant with an intimate speakeasy

November is a neighbourhood gem in West Berlin housed within a listed monument, meaning our work had to adhere to numerous architectural requirements. The Catch restaurant family group are long-standing clients, and for this project we were tasked with creating a bar that would provide the centrepiece for the main dining room.

Hospitality Group Bart & Taylor is bringing New York City soul and a boundary-pushing cocktail list to Seven Dials. We partnered with beverage lead Angelos Bafas to engineer a custom workspace that easily handles a peak demand of over 100 drinks per hour, completely elevating the premium guest experience.

Vitrum transformed the newly opened Sky Supermarket in Berģi, Latvia by installing cutting-edge ARNEG refrigeration showcases – high-quality professional refrigeration systems that fully comply with global standards. This setup effortlessly preserves and presents the products' freshness, supporting optimal sales efficiency. The showcases not only exceed high quality standards but also enhance customer service, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for both shoppers and staff, and improving the store's overall appeal.

At the Elvi Supermarket in Kadaga, Vitrum's state-of-art checkout counters, cold display cases, and specialized shelves for fruits and non-food items take center stage. This store seamlessly blends international and local wares, from quality salads and baked goods, to a hot cup of coffee, empowering residents and visitors alike to find everything they need for their daily lives.

This vibrant beer spot is crafted to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with excellent food and a perfect setting for meaningful conversations.

At Vitrum, we're proud to collaborate with established retail sites worldwide, stretching our reach to Almaty, Kazakhstan. Facilitating in the transformation of the modern station, Royal Petrol, we provided bespoke refrigeration, trade equipment, fast-food preparation tools, custom furniture, and coffee modules, accentuating the station with our artisanal touch. It's an honor to be part of a project deemed to rank with some of the finest globally, equipping the newly launched Royal Petrol station and its express market, Continent, with signature Vitrum installations.

The restaurant, Negroni Astana has opened this summer. The Vitrum team has been responsible for providing kitchen equipment in accordance with the client's design project and specifications.

Housed in a former bank in the heart of London’s fnancial district, Piazza Italiana is an institution where deals are done and glasses are raised. Vitrum installed a full-service kitchen and two bars in the restaurant, which is equipped to handle a high volume of covers ordering from an extensive menu. The historic, listed nature of the site required us to work sympathetically alongside an extensive restoration of the building and its features.

Aesthetics are important in the restaurant industry, but if you can’t run a seamless service it doesn’t mean very much. And behind every seamless service lies a well-designed hospitality system. Tables are highly sought after at Alexander Slobin’s Berlin project The Catch, where Vitrum was briefed to design a bar that would integrate seamlessly with the striking wooden countertop seating, neon lighting and stainless steel details.

Vitrum proudly partnered with Mego Supermarket on an exciting renovation project, aimed to enhance the shopping experience through a wider sprawling 860-square-meter area, aesthetically pleasing and ecology-friendly solutions. Features incorporated include the installation of our top-of-the-line Vitrum cash desks, cooling showcases, produce racks, and non-grocery shelves, all equipped with modern, energy-efficient glycol cooling systems that significantly reduce freon usage.

At Vitrum, we transformed the supermarket Jānis Sauka in Sigulda, Latvia into a showcase of retail craftsmanship, meticulously selecting each equipment - from the stainless-steel furniture to the refrigeration tables and lighting fixtures. Our designers collaborated closely with the supermarket management in a comprehensive creative process that focused on every detail– from the color and size of wall tiles to the refrigerating display cases for showcasing and selling meat products.
