Golden Birds opens its doors as a new build fine dining destination in Astana. To match their ambitious Pan-Asian cuisine concept, we delivered an integrated professional restaurant kitchen and custom bar design. We focused on creating efficient workflows for their fresh cook-serve production method while ensuring the open kitchen aesthetics elevated the guest experience.

Crafting a flawless open kitchen
The project required outfitting a high-end space capable of accommodating over 50 covers for both lunch and dinner service. Because the restaurant features an open kitchen, every piece of equipment needed to blend peak functionality with a refined visual footprint. We worked alongside their team from the initial kickoff through the design freeze, fabrication, and final installation to ensure a flawless soft opening.
Custom fabrication for long-dwell dining
Our factory produced custom stainless steel elements and specialized bar modules, including a comprehensive 9-meter bar equipped with two dedicated workstations. We designed the workflows specifically to support long-dwell tasting menus, ensuring the culinary team has the exact tools they need. By managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination, we removed complexities and delivered a fully integrated environment.
From empty space to extraordinary dining
Golden Birds is a new build fine dining venue in Astana . We delivered both the kitchen and the bar from scratch. By integrating the two spaces around their open kitchen format, we created a setup that holds up to the demands of Pan-Asian fine dining service.
